All Items come in brand new factory boxes straight from a sealed case, unless other wise noted in the listing

 

 

Do you ship on Weekends

Shipping is M-F only!! Most orders received before 3PM Central time will ship that day

 

 

Returning an item policy

Any items that are damaged or broke must be returned in the original box, with original packing material! Also a detailed picture of the damage/break must be email to me. IMPORTANT!! Any item that is returned that is NOT Damaged or broke, Incorrect Shipping address, changed your mind, or ordered by mistake will be subject to a 25% restocking fee! NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Refusing a shipment once it has been processed!

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RECEIVED BY THE BUYER, AND EITHER REFUSED OR SENT BACK TO ME WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE....THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!!

At this time, I only offer shipping to the USA 50 states...No International shipping or Shipping to Canada or Mexico!...USA only!

 

 

What is the difference between a process and a shipped order? And when can I cancel a Order

Once you place a order, you will receive a message stating I have received the order and it is being processed. Another words wrapped, boxed and taped up ready to ship. Once the order is in process mode, the order CANNOT BE CANCELLED...Once I get back from USPS, or FEDEX, I then up load all tracking numbers and send out messages with the tracking number to let the customer know it is now on a truck..

No unfortunately I do not have the tools or the skills to customize any diecast, or its box...What you see in the pictures is what you get.
